Concealed Carry......

I have never traveled with a loaded long gun of any sort. MN has some "funny" rules regarding same. And it doesn't matter if you hold a CCW or not. Pistols? Yep.

Funny story: I was driving to a gunshow with my Dad in the passenger seat. He spotted a .38 in my door pocket. Now, this was prior to MN instituting the 'shall issue' laws so I did not have any legal right to be doing so. He asked me, "What are you going to do if you get pulled over?" I told him, "I expect I'll be in a lot of trouble." He kind of grinned and said no more. But, I had heard the story from my Mother how Dad let one go out of a 1911 one night, across the windshield of a car that was being an ass to him. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree I guess.
