Bullet traps...
I have a similar commercial trap and I've shot up to .22 WRF into it, no problems. Fragments sometimes spit out the front. I am putting some putty on the back side to reduce the sound signature of bullets striking the back.
I also made a trap using a plastic storage bin filled with chopped rubber mulch. Cut a hole in the top and fill with a sheet of cardboard cut to size. Set on end it lasts quite a while. Replace the cardboard when rubber starts to leak out the front.
Pistols are fun but most are louder than the wife and dog like but rifles can shoot Aguila Colibri, CCI CBs (either length) & 22 Quiet, or other brands similar velocity and of course .177 to .25 cal air rifles.
Glad to see you are shooting these fun little guns.
