It's a commercial trap.
Made by Champion. Weighs 22 pounds. Amazon sells them. I have been using it for about 8 years. Takes High velocity .22 Long Rifle ammo from a rifle with no issues. I wouldn't shoot .22 Mags into it but nothing in the Long Rifle will damage it.
