Made from a chunk of Madrone I had laying around…
Zane Thompson made these for me from some Madrone that I had been saving for at least 15 years, maybe longer.
Somewhere I have a picture of them on my New Vaquero.44 Special, I will see if I can dig it out. I installed a Super Blackhawk hammer on it, and cut away most of the webbing inside the grip frame to shift the balance forward a smidge. I’ve got pictures of the frame in process, guess I need to drag those out as well.
