10mm kurtz.....

I just recently migrated back to the 40 (10mm short/kurtz/corto). Seems I had around a couple thousand rounds of brass and plenty of small rifle primers. I'm down to 2 hundred large pistol primers so the .40 was revived here. Went searching for a police trade-in. Found one at a local store. A S&W M&P with 3 mags for $375. Box was labeled (SRJ) which I suspect was "Southern Regional Jail". Probably only shot for qualification.
The Trijicon night sights still glow, and the pistol seems very accurate with my slightly under max load of Longshot under a 155 gr. XTP. A dead-on hold on the reactive fall down plates at 50 yards at the range equals a good easy solid hit. I occasionally get bored with the 9mm and the .45 recoil in a light pistol gets aggravating at times so I guess I'll shoot this until Large Pistol Primers become available again.
