capacity over accuracy
It's common to see Police fire a lot of ammo at a threat. I saw one where a guy pointed a rifle at the cops and they fired more than 60 rounds at him before he decided to go back into his house. SWAT was called and they talked him out and he gave up. I couldn't help but wonder where all those bullets ended up.
