Very good.
I have had 2 and strangely enough, they we nearly identical. To paraphrase Alfred E. Newman, "What, me learn?". The first was a Taurus PT-25, the little 10-shot, .25ACP, tip-up barrel. I habitually count rounds fired. It's almost an unconscious act. So, I am firing merrily along and "counted to 10", or so I thought, and then proceeded to tip the pistol sideways to observe what happened when one pulls the trigger. Much to my surprise, it went bang. We were in the Great North Woods and it was still pointed downrange at a bunch of spruce trees so no harm was done.
In the other, I was helping a buddy install a new mainspring in his .357 S&W. After I got it all buttoned up, I went to test fire and, once again "counted to 6", then closed my eyes so I could concentrate on how the DA felt and it went bang. I was at an indoor range and I was still pointed downrange but I have no idea where that shot ended up other than 'that way'.
Maybe my problem isn't gun handling but rather counting?
