Clays load data?
Guy at work had 'a can of gunpowder' he wasn't using anymore. Brought it in yesterday and it was an 8lb jug of Clays. I ended up giving him $40 for it!! I know it's fairly popular, but have no experience with it. So, who uses it and in what?
Any suggestions for:
.32/20
.38 special
.357 mag
9mm
.40 S&W
.45 ACP
.45 colt
Thanks!

Clays load data?
Is it Universal Clays or does it just say Clays on the label? Clays is a faster burning powder than Universal Clays and loads are not interchangeable. Hodgdon has a load data center on their web site and you can get the streight skinny there with no guess work involved. I had similar good fortune only the powder was Blue Dot. Good luck.
Start here....
I use there load data all the time. I use clays in the 38 quite abit. Here is the link.
My .45 Acp Clays load is the same as my Bullseye load...
4.2 - 4.3 grains with a 230gr bullet. (or 225 or 200 for that matter, I'm not real big on adjustments. ) ;)
