Missouri Bullet's 225 grain Flathead for the .45 Auto

The bulk case 255 grainer is also a good choice....
Easy to hit 850-900 fps....works fine in both autoloaders and revolvers....
If limited to strong revolvers...1000fps without muss or fuss...
