Bloomberg: Police should strike for more gun control...POS!

"Why do so many Americans not feel angry enough to demand further gun control?" Here's his answer:

Well, I would take it one step further. I don't understand why the police officers across this country don't stand up collectively and say, we're going to go on strike. We're not going to protect you. Unless you, the public, through your legislature, do what's required to keep us safe.

After all, police officers want to go home to their families. And we're doing everything we can to make their job more difficult but, more importantly, more dangerous, by leaving guns in the hands of people who shouldn't have them, and letting people who have those guns buy things like armor-piercing bullets.

I think all his armed bodyguards should go on strike

And tell him to fend for himself! At the church where my son attends, a police officer who. Attends there was quite pleased to find my son is packing - he said "Good, now I know somebody has my back!" A police officer friend of ours upon finding I was working on getting my carry permit 10+ years ago said "Good! There are plenty of bad guys out there with guns! It's time for more good guys to be carrying guns."

The average cop isn't the issue. That a Mayor would call

good call Brian.

Several years back, 'NAMBLA' (sick, sick, sick) got some press and mentioned their website. A person on one site mentioned the same reason you did not click on their site, numbers.

I recall 60 Minutes or 48 hours once doing a show on NAMBLA. They found where they were holding a meeting and walked in on them with camera's rolling. Odd, they scrambled like cockroaches hiding their faces. Yet, they want to be recognized at a legit organization? Pukes at best.
