Odd thing about my area in far S.E. Oklahoma where Oklahoma, Arkansas & Texas almost all join together. I've checked my local temperature via phone and TV. And, then there are vehicle outside temp's you have to toss in. I'm gonna say it was somewhere between 101° to 105° depending on what media you use. Hey, 101° or a 105°...can ya' really tell if you're out in it? I dodged it with the exception of making a quick run to get tomorrow mornings trash out. I did notice it getting warmer in the house today around 2:00-3:00 o'clock. I checked the thermostat (set on 74°) and yep, all it could do was 77°. But hey, I'll take it!

It’s been warm and very muggy lately. Past couple days have been in the low sixties in the morning and only getting to upper 70’s. Been wonderful to ride the motorcycle to work! Looks like we are warming back up next week up into the upper 90’s and heat index’s in the one-teens or higher.

Study till I'm cross-eyed & migrained and I still cannot quite get it.

On the same day & time as the o.p. foto above, some 974 miles eastward, it was 93° and 98% humidity and that supposedly ciphered to "feels like" 97°. How is 98% humidity even possible without it being foggy or drizzling rain ? Other times of year it can be heavily fogged so that you have to use the wipers and it is only 70% humidity. Just doesn't make any sense.
