Last night AK got the word that his Mom's condition had markedly declined.
He traveled to her nursing home residence this morning, where the rest of his family is gathered together.
AK could use everyone's prayers at this time.

I lost my Mama not long after I graduated from high school, and that event was a huge stumbling block in my life for quite some time.

Losing your mother, however young or old you may happen to be, is never an easy thing to deal with. However, there is the possibility that with maturity, events such as these may be somewhat easier to understand and accept.

But Mama is Mama, and losing her is like losing a huge part of you.

Memory Eternal, may she shine in our hearts until we meet again.
