To all the good folks here. You all have been a wonderful influence and important part of my life these past bunch of years and I am grateful. Enjoy the day with family and friends.

Back at you, Hoot! I thought this was going to be quite laid back, just my recently returned bride and myself. Our usual Canadian guest is recovering from hip surgery and some former invites have drifted here and there. But had a fellow we befriended a while ago pop up with his wife, back in town for a few days, and our son's fiancee is in town so there'll be help in diminishing the quantity of food stuff that somehow seems to multiply this time of year. Three pies for five people, that should do it. I hope and pray that each of you are warm and well fed and giving thanks to Him Who blesses all mankind - whether they acknowledge Him or not!
