Please forgive the delay in getting word back to you about repairs on Mama Twyla's Computer Center. Several things came up that interrupted everything.

The initial estimate of for the repairs by the contractor that first looked at it was too high as assessed by those overseeing this on the ground in Pemba. While they were contacting other contractors, I had a small medical problem and ended up in the hospital for a short time. I am doing fine now. But between it all it slowed things down.

I just communicated with friends at Iris and they have arranged to make sure funds donated for the Computer Center Repairs go to it.

To donate through the website go to https://www.irisglobal.org/

Scroll down and click on GIVE. On that page scroll down to SELECT IRIS MINISTRY LOCATIONS and in the box marked Select Location, scroll down and select Pemba. It is important that when you make the donation please send an email to giving@irisglobal.org at the same time and letting them know you donated for Mama Twyla's Computer Center repairs and they will make sure that the donation gets marked the way you intended.
