Years ago ... I think it was in the 1990's ...
Bill Barner and I took a trip to Kerrville, Texas and hunted Sheep and Aoudad. We didn't get Aoudad but we each got a nice sheep. The meat was donated to the Salvation Army.

We drove over to San Antonio and went to church with Hal Swiggett and his wife and then went to their house for lunch.
It was a great trip and a great memory!

B.T.W. there must have been one or more other H.H.I. Sixgunner contributors named Jim Taylor. I searched through the old Sixgunner data banks with your name and kerrville and aoudad as keywords there was an article by a jim taylor but the picture didn't look like either you or lee marvin. And that jim used a .375 jdj.
Well ... turns out I remembered most of it correctly ...
