I'm assuming you can see the charge weights. I cannot. No matter. 1895 winchesters in .405 are scarce around here though I once had (very briefly) an 18" t/c encore barrel and used 4198 under .41 magnum revolver bullets.

Have to pay an annual fee to see them. But like Jethro I can cypher pretty good. They give you case volume. Subtract volume of bullet shank in case, available case volume and powder bulk density gets you 100% load density in grains, times load percentage gets you to charge weights. I was surprised to find this much data on the exact bullet I am loading. Going to start with powders that have a z => 97%. These loads all seem to be under 42ksi max. for the 1895 lever action, 1885 Hi-Wall is stronger but will limit to =< 45ksi or 50ksi-10%
