the site with resources & articles seems to be working. It is the forum that is not accessible.

Been a few days since I was able to access the forums.

there was a DOS attack or something else causing "instability on the server" and the forum was deactivated until such time as management can get the issue taken care of. As noted, leverguns.com continues to function, it's the community forum that's down.
