That's interesting! What's the story behind it?
Not sure of the story ...
It's a 480 Ruger cartridge that was headstamped 475 Ruger. The person who gave it to me has a custom revolver that is marked "475 Ruger" and I think he had brass made up with that headstamp.

"475 Ruger" was the original designation of the cartridge. I don't have any proof of that but it sounds plausible.
