I weighed over 265 pounds with 42" waist.
I will be 79 here in a few days.
I am staying between 178 and 182 with 34" waist.
It took 2 years to lose 85 pounds.
I have had to give away clothes and buy new ones twice.
I feel better than I did 3 years ago.
I have more energy.
And I am chasing females.
Of course they are chickens, dogs and cats.
But I am "herding" them ... sort of.
