Holy cats!! That's a poster child for everything I dislike about "tactical levers".
I'd give $50 for it.
It would take a lot of work to put it into usable condition. I bought one for $100 that wasn't that bad .. just really rusty. Got it into shape but took me quite awhile.

I took it as far apart as I could without pulling the barrel off and got it cleaned up. Shortened the barrel and magazine and put some decent wood on it. Mounted scope on it and got it sighted in. Gave it to my son-in-law for his birthday.

$150 Marlin 30-30 with a rattle can black tactical paint job, kept on the bottom of a pirogue. I cut, crowned barrel to 16,1", still in the white right now. which end of the magazine tube did you cut? May thread barrel for sound abatement device of some sort.
I cannot recall which end I cut! I think it was the front
because I had to re-cut the slot for the barrel band screw.
If you mess it up I just happen to have an extra magazine I will give you.
