WHAT A DAMN FARCE...
In NM this summer We had a couple of non English speakers drive by the hotel, turn around and act like they had car trouble. Then they approached our group in an aggressive manner. It was a tense few seconds and once they turned and left I was so glad we didn’t have to deal with the NM cops and legal system.
