Happily I received an email from Starline to update my payment info for backorder 480 Ruger brass. Be happy to finally have enough to last me a good long while.

Cool.

I don't shoot my .480 as much as I'd like but I also don't have as much brass as I'd like. I keep half an eye on GB but the prices seem silly to me. Glad to know Starline is making some.

Cool.

Friend of mine has 2 very clean war trophy French M1935s, an M and an S, in 7.65 French long. Starline saved him, too. Starline is the best.

I passed on one a long time back.

And now I wish I hadn't. Yep, I know they're still out there.

And you are correct re: Starline.

I don't either

I love it, but I suffer from too much to choose from. Midway had some 480 Starline in stock a week ago.

Thanks for the Midway tip.

I got so used to seeing Out of Stock, I pretty much quit looking. Have to go do a bit of inventory.....

As a usin' pistol, meh.

Oddball cartridge, magazine safety, oddball not great safety.

As a piece of history, it served in WWII on both Allied and Axis sides. In Viet Nam, with the French and the Viet Cong. The modular lockwork is apparently a design prior to the P210. If you gave me one, I'd be tickled, and likely hunt up spare mages and ammo.
