Has anyone here used Ballistol's Suppressor Cleaner?
No, but...
3 of my 4 suppressors have aluminum baffles. I use standard old formula Ballistol to soak them, as it is aluminum safe, and pretty non aggressive. The non-aggressive is the main plus point, and the minus point. It softened the carbon up a might, but it still has to laboriously scrubbed to reduce the carbon, and I'm under no illusions I'll ever get all the black mung off.
My possible next domestic situation includes an inquisitive pug puppy, and the non-toxic nature also appeals to me in that way.
So something which doesn't eat at aluminum, won't kill sweet Gracie Lou if she gets into it, and works a little better than the current stuff, well, I would buy that.
So I watch for your feedback with much anticipation.
