Thankfully, I haven't had the unpleasant experiences that some of you have suffered but I don't order near as much from them as I used to.

This establishment has seldom let me down and emails have resulted in immediate responses to my satisfaction.....

They do not have the vast inventory of midway or brownells but I check their "just arrived" link daily and find myself ordering from grafs more than anywhere else.
