Full load of FFg and two round balls. The first ball went through a 2x8 and into the next 2x8 about a half inch. The second ball stopped between the 2 boards. Made a nice boom and a small cloud of smoke. Scared the dogs.

You shot it with a patched steel ball bearing, and it recoiled a little bit up, and mostly back, in an impressive reproduction of a real below deck gun's recoil.
