UPDATE .. H&R Auto Eject .38 S&W
The gun is back together and working. The double action and single action are working as is the "auto eject" when you break it open. All I need now are a set of grips and it will be ready to rock and roll! Well ... maybe not rock and roll. But it will shoot.

check out NC Ordnance for grips

A few wraps of duct tape with some masking tape and/or
electricians tape trim for aesthetic appeal and you're good to go!
Or contact SK grips and see if he can whip you up some mammoth tooth grip scales.
Best bet is to follow JT's tip, of course. I did find some Iver Johnson grips on fleabay that appeared to be some kind of reproduction a while back while helping someone source replacements for their dad's old 32 SW pocket pistola. That might be another place to search for a source.
i found original grip on Gun Parts Corp. website
actually cheaper than reproductions. I have a set ordered.
They often have decent deals.
You never know what they'll have 'til you take a look and see. Glad you got the originals!
