THANKS FOR SHARING THIS! More than 95% of my shooting the last two years has been percussion pistols. Here are my latest which I got from a reader just before Christmas. They are all Colt Black Powder Arms Second Generation from the 1970s:

wait a minute... the bottom one looks like a ".44" "version" of the 1851... you say all the ones are Colt 2nd Gens? ... didn't know Colt had a 1851 made in .44... Hehehe... it looks a lot like my Italian repro 1851 in ".44" ... I noticed the stepped frame and cylinder right away...
