And Another Project
The lady I bought the Rusty Marlin 336 from had a number of handguns. One was a Kahr CW45 pistol. An interesting gun, the Kahr's are made with no safety ... just a really really looooong trigger pull. Smooth pull all the way, but there is no way you are gonna set this thing off accidentally.
The gun was rusty on the outside but not on the inside.

FIRST SHOTS
Once I had it cleaned up and running well I gave it to a missionary friend who needed a pistol.
I have a .40.....
just like that one.....I kind of like the trigger pull on it. In an odd way it reminds me of the pull on an old smith model 19 I once had back in the day.
When I show it to my peers who are of a tactitardish bent, they all like the slim feel of the single stack grip but object to the scant seven round magazine capacity. No problem with me, I usually have another with six more shots in the other back pocket of my overalls just waiting to be drawn.
The trigger pull on those Kahr's is very smooth ..
The gun company is owned by the Unification Church ... the only thing I like about their religion is everyone is required to own a gun and can bring them to their church meetings.
