Probably symptomatic of everyone just getting tired of all the social shit show that's going on and wanting to get away from everything and everyone...

quite a few are only posting in some social groups that are "addictive" in nature on such social avenues as FaceBook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.

I am a member of some "vehicle" related groups so I frequent them a bit and the "guns" related groups in which I am also a member are just a click away to "visit"..

I think it's just a sign of the times as "online" message boards become less active and "live" social media platforms become more "immediate" in responses and aggressively reactive...

Unfortunately we are "emotional" driven creatures and tend to interact more on a base/emotional level than with logic and empathetic behavior... at least a lot of folks are that way...

For me... I just hermitize here on my farm in the Ozark wilderness and stay away from people ... besides I get along better with animals (pets and game) better than with people I don't know anyway...
