In preparation for the upcoming move to a new server, we just changed two settings on the forum. First, only registered users have the ability to post. Second, we opened the registration to anyone, but it must be OK'd by a moderator before it is active. We don't want to leave anyone behind, but we also want to keep this place as clean as possible.
