First upgrade project was on my SquareD, never liked the small completed ammo bin, rigged up a much bigger bin and support shelf underneath for the weight.

Second upgrade project was my 550B, she's over 20 years old and needed a little TLC.

First issue was the primer system, added a JW Systems bearing slide plate....

Then a shell plate bearing kit.....

Finally some new springs and primer seating cup from Dillon....

Both are now ready for action and should run for years to come.

I tried the shell plate bearing kit and the low mass ball. I pulled the ball out with a few hundred rounds. It was hard to index. The bearing was ok at first. I found it very susceptible to dirt, namely H110 powder. The little that slips out between the powder bar and powder dispenser body makes shell plate bind. I wish I could fix the H110 "drip".

I just did the primer slide upgrade with that kit and the ball bearing roller. Cured all the sticking problems I was having.

I also put one of those LED lights in the middle hole of the tool head. It really makes things easier to see now. Wish I had done this years ago.
