I never pass up a good deal on a good piece of leather. And leather is amazingly adaptable. Wound up with a beautiful tooled leather holster for a 4 3/4 inch SA a couple years ago. With a little wet molding and a new strap it now carries a 4 inch N frame Smith very nicely.

I have a salvaged 4-drawer metal file cabinet in the Dungeon. Top drawer is pistol dies, second drawer is rifle. Third drawer is for firearms I don't own yet. The bottom drawer is for little used specialty dies, tools and do-dads.
Ok, gun is on order now - will be here next week

There was one semi locally recently. I kind of wish I’d have jumped on it. My biggest issue is that I’m a 45 guy and 44ks just don’t get me super excited. Silly; I know but I’ve been called worse!
Still the idea of shooting medium level special loads 90% of the time but still having ,annum power available seems like a great deal!
I much prefer a 45 myself but wanted a double action and
The 45 Redhawk is a lot of gun even if I could find one. I love my 45 Blackhawk with the 7 1/2” barrel but was looking for a 4” DA revolver. I will still be looking for a short barrel Blackhawk in 45 one of these days...
