Looking at a used GP 7 shooter. Is / was there an issue with GP 100 7 shot chamber spacing? If so, is it fixed, how? Or is "operator error" involved?

I have two of them a 4” Stainless and a 5” blued. Haven’t had any issues with either of them. Both are very accurate.
