Edit: Shoot...looks like the same addy....not sure what's up.
Sold anyway.
.....(sigh).....
Because I'm mean...
This is what was missed:
Description: 5 Screw K-22 S&W some muzzle wear rest of bluing is 85%,stocks not original to gun. $450 plus actual shipping.
Well, crap.
Well, the link was probably good the first time - I'm guessing. Was sitting in the airport checking on my phone. Today, on my desktop computer, it comes right up.
But you're right. You're cruel. Have been wanting a good double action 22 for a while now, and that's not too bad of a price for one it seems. Didn't see anything under $600 on a S$W 22 resolver while perusing a variety of gun shops over the past couple of months.
<sigh>
Makes sense.
I'd've been all over it except I have a 1948 model already and money has lately been tighter than in the past. I'm sure I would have justified it by thinking, "I'll flip it and make a buck or two." and then never sold it.
Ugh, that's unfair
It's no wonder it sold quickly.
That's a lot less than I was hoping to get for my 1948 Target Masterpiece.
Yes indeed.
Less than what I gave for mine and less than what I'd take were I selling it.
Sold anyway.
Not surprised it sold quick! That’s barely more than I paid for mine several years ago, and it’s got more wear. Mine did come with an old set of stags, though...
Yep.
It seems like every S&W I see these days is $800 (and sometimes more).
Yep, you got that right.
Once in a blue moon these days I'll surf Gunbroker just price checking.
Holy Smoke at how much the price some pre lock, blued S&W's go for these days! Seems like any old Model 28 Highway Patrolman in clean shape is going for $650 and up. And, they're selling. Occasionally, the wife will walk in and ask "What are you buying now?". I just turn with a smile and tell her I ain't buyin', this grin is because of the prices the one's I already have are going for these days.
Murphy
Yep. Every time I go to Cabela's....
the worth of my accumulation goes up.
