New Holster

Just received a new holster for my .44 Special Flat Top, a Conceal Carry H158 from Western Star Leather out of Boulder City, Nevada. Not my usual carry rig, of course, just whenever I get into the mood for something different.

How do you like it? Craftsmanship and gun fit?

I liked the design when a friend of mine showed up carrying aFreedom Arms 97 in his.
It's very well constructed, excellent workmanship and quality. The fit at first was a little snug but smooth with no binding, and after a dozen or so draws and leaving the gun holstered a couple of nights it's just about perfect.

Not my usual IWB holstered SIG 228, S&W 459 or K-frame, but this holster keeps my FlatTop .44 comfortably high, tight and concealable under a loosely worn shirt. Usual payload are two Buffalo Bore Anti-Personnel 200gr hard cast full wadcutters @ 1,000 followed by 4 Buffalo Bore 255 Keith SWC, both listed at 1,000fps.
Kinda like that A/C add...
