I guess when you have a S&W M-657-2 6" brought over to identify and price for a buddy, and he then drops multiple 100's of dollars off my estimate of local market value and says give me this much and it's yours.

I was armed to the teeth with a pitiful little Smith & Wesson's seven-shooter, which carried a ball like a homeopathic pill, and it took the whole seven to make a dose for an ahdult.
