For those who may have wondered.....
......John Bianchi at Frontier Gunleather is not offering his M66 design even as a special order. This might be an obscure holster for some, but one that has a definite place in leather business history. Sad that even the originator no longer will produce it.
On the other hand, the Askins Avenger is being offered, albeit renamed the Vulcan, and available for both revolvers and semi-autos. For whatever reason, and there are a few valid ones I can think of, that style holster has always worked well for me. Methinks an order or two may well be in the future.

I modeled my Flip Jack after my old M66 holster.
I am contemplating a limited run of M66 holsters later this year.

Oh please, please, please do!
I want one for a 1911/Hi-Power so bad I would pick it up in person if that’s what it took.

I will let you have the first one.

Please refresh my memory - what was the M66? Couldn't find it in an old Bianchi catalog
Looking at simplyrugged.com, I now remember the M66.
I was thinking a S&W 67 I had in this holster.

That is a very nice holster you have there, Norm. Nice enough that I have one as well, although mine is meant for a 6" L-frame. I will have to post pictures, I'm actually using it for a 6" GP-100 that has the old style half-lug barrel.
