Another good read. Just over half through so far, but he relates different episodes in WWII - even looking at Axis fighters. Courage is courage, no matter the nationality. One I'd never heard of was the human guided (as in rode on and steered by) torpedoes fielded (oceaned?) by the Italians. British canoeists, Norwegians on skis and a lot more as well.
