I didn't know they ever tried that. If custom, which I suspect, I think it might be a bit overpriced. Of course, one can never be sure but somebody out there will be just as enamoured as I am without a care as to the $$$$.

I WISH Ruger would have kept the entire line of Six's. and done this. But I have to say, my 3" GP100 in 44 spl is a dream to shoot. and the Match Champion, despite the silly name, is probably nicest 357 Ruger has ever made.

No idea what it would cost to duplicate but I expect it wouldn't be cheap. The new GP is a honey and I could have bought two and had plenty left over for the same money. The "6" in .44 is still a very cool package.
