Purchased Sure Fire Fury Light,,,,,,,And rear switch is so hard to press and flashlight main body so smooth it is sometimes hard to instant on without gloves.

Who would machine checker it for easier use.

Why is the switch so hard to push? An insert may need to be used to prevent collapsing the body when knurling.

If you really want it knurled, Brien is right; knurling forces on a lathe will crush the thin wall tube without an insert of some sort. Then it will need a refinish.

I would look into that tailcap switch first.
