Check your jacket pockets.

start looking for something else - that is when I find
Things I am not looking for...
Buy another one.
When you go to put it away, you'll find the first one.
Don't ask me how I know....
Mine's at the gunsmith
Which explains why I have not seen it in weeks!

I have one like it , I think its in one of my safe`s. been there done that, I lost a rifle Rem .458 for about two weeks! It was right where I left it. So my advice is to check again the first place you thought you left it.
Kitchen drawer? Mail box? Shower? Sock drawer? NT

I keep checking those places......
......and there it ain't!
I "thought" I put it up on a high shelf in my office, or failing that, on top of the ammo locker in my shop. No joy in Mudville as regards either hidey hole.
I have a couple of parts boxes that the wife put up on a high shelf in our walk-in closet. I think I have to check those next. One of them has soon to be Gunbroker fodder, and I gave a careless thought to selling it awhile back. Of course I've changed my mind, which is why it is hiding in a snit of rage for my duplicity.

I have so misplaced a Makarov Pistolet but I do know where
both of my 3" M36s are.
Right now I'm looking for a knife. I would a sworn it was on the bench but it isn't. A friend has a list of things he's looking for.
