Back to my roots
First handgun I ever fired was an old Ruger Bearcat, first centerfire handgun was a Ruger Flattop in 357 Magnum. The most recent addition is an attempt to return to somewhat to those beginnings. It is obviously a new model, and it has the addition of a 9mm cylinder, but I am pleased never the less, much better fit and finish than the last Ruger I purchased.
There ya go...
I don't own any new Ruger SAs but I have been pleased with both of the Ruger Lightweight 1911s I bought in 45 and 9mm.

Most certainly and I love them like family but remember what I said a while ago:
Predators travel in packs.
'course I reckon a man could carry one of these on his "fightin' side" with a spare Hi-cap on his other side.

Daily carry
Tends to be a bottom feeder. If I were to carry a wheel gun in a more urban area, it would be a double action with speed strips or a speed loader. These are for the country, both high and low, desert and forest. I do thank you for the sage advice.
