WOW, I Made it
Today is the first full day of my Retirement! And also My wife's birthday. No more cold, wet , winter nights getting out of a nice warm bed to go fix damaged Traffic Signals. I hope to have fun. got lots of guns and reloading to do.
Congratulations Frank!
I'm coming up on 2 years of being retired. It wasn't my choice or my plan but I must say, I'm having a ball! I hope you have many happy years of shooting!

WOW, I Made it
I retired at 62. I am on year 16 out of a job.
Retirement is not a bad thing.
Congratulations to you on your retirement.

Congrats! I find the close I get to retirement, the harder it is to be patient......2 years, 3 months!
3 months into ret. I need more practice.
After all these years of working with a daily/weekly routine it very different now. It sure spoils the value of a weekend with every day being Saturday.
Good for you
That is just great . Keep movin!
Congrats!!
Enjoy every minute of it; I'm sure you've earned it!!

Congratulations on your well deserved retirement! Enjoy every moment of it, reload,

God Bless you & your family, Duane

Congratulations!
May you have many, many good years of sleeping in and shooting to your heart's content.
WOW, I Made it
Been retired 7 years now. I'm really enjoying it; did not have any problem adapting to not working every day. Keep busy and active. Hint...your wife still has to shop, clean, cook, etc, so make it easy on her.
Congrats...me too...sorta
I will know tomorrow when I start my new job as an armed campus patrol officer. That should free up time for classes and study and I'll get plenty of good training and I won't be showing up at a set time to turn wrenches for someone else after over 30 years of it. If I do work on cars, they'll be mine or I'll be doing only what I want to do, for whom I want to do it. Congrats and enjoy that free time:)
