Interesting book

I have been reading a book "Memoirs of an Elite Navy Seal Sniper" by Howard E. Wasdin. My sister-in-law gave it to me for a Christmas present. It gives you some insight as to what it takes to become a SEAL. I knew the traning was intense but had no idea how brutal it really is. Good book.
