forgot to mention
I haven't bought any BAr-Sto barrels since Irv was running it, but they were always great 1911 barrels that gave true match accuracy when fitted properly. A common trait was that the chambers were real tight and they could be a bitch to get them feeding properly.
My guess is that your chamber needs reamed. I'd shoot for about .002 under SAAMI MAX, if you're not there already. I'd also polish in an .002 radius at six o'clock on the break-over point, where the feed ramp meets the chamber. I'd have thought Bar-Sto would automatically do those two things on any barrel that was returned for feeding problems.
That should get you running.
