Bicycling, who else?
I ride virtually every day, mountain or road bike. I got into cycling after knee surgery when I had to quit running and still enjoy it a lot at nearly 70 years of age. I live in a very rural area where road biking is safe and near the Ouachita, the Lake Ouachita Vista,and the Womble Trails, three nationally known mountain bike trails. Great exercise and a great excuse for time outdoors.
