Today I woke up Debt Free.

I share this with you as many of you know I have been struggling for this about seven years. And alot of your advice early on helped me get started and keep the momentum going.
Few will know I had debt and fewer will know I am out of debt, But since it started here I just wanted to shout out about it one time.

Thanks.

Awesome, Gary!

We hit that point about a year and a half ago, after many years of recovering from a few brief years of short term fun traded for long term misery in a roller coaster economy.

It is a wonderful feeling to be able to not worry or even really care if an incoming check will arrive today, tomorrow or next week.

Many years ago my Dad said once in response to some one's cliché Money Can't Buy Happiness:
"Money can't buy happiness, but it sure can alleviate a lot of misery."

Happy for you
