BBQ guns...
I was doing an archive search here and didn't see much talk of them. Whatcha got? Or what do you want?
I've had some nice guns but not a true BBQ gun in my head. To me, it's a nickel, engraved .38 Super with ivory in a floral carved rig. There's another word for that but the censor filter will probably catch it. And yes, it's on the bucket list.
What is your ideal BBQ gun? Already have it in the safe?

YES I would shoot it, go along nicely in a Davis Leather Omega holster with a little border stamping.

41 Mags rule, Baers rock!
I would shoot them too...
I wouldn't run cases of ammo through them but they would be shot. Depends on the gun how much usage it would get.
Here's one I'm considering...as a start.
BBQ gun...
'Ideal' and 'Affordable' come pretty near intersecting in the engraved Uberti SA's. I believe Boge has one and it is a very nice sixgun.
Those are great options to consider. I like them too. NT

What about the leather? What's your fancy rig? NT

A few BBQ-ish I've owned over the years...
early model 17
early K22 with ivory
USFA flat top target in 32-20 with ivory and Turnbull case colors (now owned by my good friend JD)
K22 King Conversion with Ropers
Ed Brown bobtail with snakewood & cocobolo grips and snakewood knife
BBQ guns...
Here is my custom Ruger .44 Special Flattop. Won it at the Taffin Banquet. Below is a picture of a USFA Flattop Target. I own one just like it in .44 Special. If it is a BBQ, I'd likely wear one of these. I have a few other pistolas that qualify, but these are the ones that come to mind first.

BBQ guns...
Any of the three, but the one in the middle is the prettiest. They are all in the safe along with their original grips.

It is difficult to go wrong with a Huskie.
