Which gunsmith can rework a Marlin 39 to straight grip?

I have the correct lever, which is almost impossible to find btw, but I need the lower part of the receiver modified. I even have a correct buttstock.

Years ago Clement was willing to do the work, if I recall correctly, but I will need to call and confirm that. Just wondering who else might be trusted with the job? I think a long barreled, straight grip 39 would be most excellent, dude!
