Skyline Skeet and Trap
Contact Name: Theresa Call
Address: 972 SKYLINE DR
LAWRENCEVILLE, PA 16929-8871
United States

They go by tkcskyline on Gunbroker and I advise you to run far, far away.

I won an item from them, paid within the week, and was informed the item had been sold. Asked for a refund and was told I had to leave positive feedback FIRST in order to receive a refund. What? I foolishly complied. Waited two weeks for a refund, and when I inquired I was berated and threatened (?) for my impatience? Waited three weeks and filed a complaint with GB. Was informed impolitely by the seller that a refund had been sent. When I pointed out that I had not yet received a refund it was more excuses, recriminations, lies, and finally a demand that I supply a SASE envelope with Signature Required at my expense in order to obtain my freaking money back.

Upon showing these delightful emails to GB, and pointing out that there was no such requirement to get my OWN money back, the seller finally agreed to send a refund. That was this morning. We shall see.....

Never dealt with them but watched a bunch of their auctions. Thanks for the head's up.

Just got another email from them....

........now they are accusing me of losing their refund payment. They also are denying threatening me, even I have a clear email to that effect.

Democrats.

And now he is threatening again......

And now he is threatening again......

Which would be answered with a fraud consumer fraud complaint filed with the attorney general in your state and his state.

Do not underestimate the power of a complaint sent to the State Attorney Generals office.

Oh and also.....

You can file a mail fraud investigation with the local Post Office.
That's federal.

Forget any BBB complaints etc. Those folks carry about as much weight as a pissed off 6 year old. Harrassment is a Gun Broker complaint. Fraud is a criminal complaint.

I've been through this a few years ago with an ebay "gentleman" in a suburb of NYC that sold a certifed John Lennon autographed album that came to me as a signed CD. It works great.

At this point, it is like poking, oh, um, a buffoon.....

by Otony, Monday, November 16, 2015, 12:36 (3283 days ago) @ MR

........all this over 25 dollars of MY money. Not as though I didn't pay, not as though I have the item and want a refund, no, I am asking for my money BACK for an item they sold to someone else!

Honestly, it is some of the best money I ever spent, entertainment wise. I simply cannot believe some of the stuff these idiots are sending me.

Otony

Mail fraud. Write a letter to the post master...

...and one to Santa and see who helps you first. :-D of course Tony of all people knows this. Especially over $25.00
$25k, maybe you'd hear back.

+1 on state Attorney General and Post Office.

I've done this with a couple unscrupulous outfits that send a business supplies that weren't ordered and then get threatening letters with invoices. They went silent immediately.
